Colin's First Christmas

...to quote Aiden "was even better than expected". Maybe he really wasn't sure if Santa was coming or not. He had seemed pretty confident to me.

He came alright.

Brady, instead of Aiden kept the watching- A Christmas Story -with- Dad tradition alive this year. Apparently five year olds find a lot more things scary, this movie one of them(?).

It's all very tiring but way worth it.

Uncle Kevin & Aunt Amanda are already gone. The boys didn't get to have nearly as much fun with them as they hoped. Of course here their expectations are never realized-there just aren't enough hours in a day. But we did get your package that you mailed Dec. ELEVENTH from the USPS today!

I get the whole Christmas break now. It's to get back on sleeping and eating schedules/routines, get over colds, clean up messes, pack all this shit decor/gifts away, get the playing with every new toy out of your system. It's going to take a whole week to do just that.
