thankful friday

• boys enjoying school, the thought of all they're going to learn this year academically and not.
• that aiden got the strict teacher. ;)
• that brady does the right thing more often than not. lately i've caught him brushing his crumbs with his hand off the table into his other hand, taking his dad's empty plate from the table to the kitchen without being told, making his own 'book nook' since he woke up too early for mommy to let him out of his room...
• and oh all the free kisses he gives me. he has this thing where he kisses my hand spontaneously whenever we're walking hand in hand.

• some newfound solo time with colin this new school year. we're both loving this undivided attention.
• how colin is the first to announce, greet and force a hug onto his daddy when he comes home.
• how quick colin is with little sayings he picks up from all of us.
• this weather. mid 70s, sun, no humidity, cloudfree skies. hey fall i feel you coming and i'm ready.
• cascadia farms harvest spice crunchy granola bars.
• green apple & mango rita ice with vanilla custard gelato.
