Last night we were at a party for one of Brett's Goddaughters' birthday. She was born on my 30th. She wore fancy white shoes and a pretty party dress. She got presents wrapped in girly packaging, one was a Strawberry Shortcake bag. She ate chocolate covered strawberries and ice cream cupcakes... Her and her biddybaby changed into their matching pj sets, that we gave her and went to bed feeling like a princess. We all had fun and got home around 12, boys still awake. This morning A&B slept in until 10.30.* Happy Birthday to Me, with no party dress.

When my brother calls me later and asks if I feel older, I will say 'yes' as usual and he will laugh.

*C woke at 5.30 to eat & then down until 10.30 too.
