last saturday through sunday

we went local to see santa. we got to make gingerbread cookies and buy a gift for richter there as well. they took a whole bunch of digital prints (while i took my own) and emailed them to me even. my $10 plus $2 for the dogbones went straight to a local charity. santa was a good one to boot!

it was full on snowing when we left so homeward bound we were. on the first snowfall it's where we want to be.

boys made wrapping paper fireside to get some ants out of their pants.

the next morning after church, flu shots and dunkin donuts we came home to finally play!

it pains me honestly to take a child under 33 months out in the snow. it cant really be much fun for them in all that cold anyway. so this was kind of colin's first snow. he stayed out for about 2 hours (3 pairs of mittens) and LOVED every second of it.

their fort with the help of mr. snowplow.

brady and colin had a little snowball war. i can only imagine their future ones.

the side of our yard won't be enough for sledding soon but for now, it's still all we need.

Fun, Fun & more fun..they've gotten sooo much out of the first snow fall! The expresssions on their faces.. makes me want to be a kid again, and on your team.
