Thankful Friday

• um... that Brett was home today which allowed me to do some good cleaning. so much so that it was 1:30 when i realized brady was supposed to be at school an hour ago!
• um... i finally found the halloween shirts (in the attic) that fit colin with still 2 weeks left to wear them.
• uh... that colin is babbling more.
• uh... we ran into aiden's teacher this week and she commented on how aiden is "very smart" and has "leadership qualities". she didn't feel the need to discuss the note she had sent home with him on wednesday. the one i found today in his backpack. yea see, these are a bit of stretches as i should have done them this morning.
• um... chicken marsala pizza for dinner.
• and brett's making a fire, right now!
• oh! while in the attic i found some old sheets as in belonged to my late aunt maggie-old. they fit an extra long twin canopy bed that also belonged to her but became mine after she passed back before highschool. i'm thinking these are going to make some nice pj pants for myself.
• i found the movie, Mulan at the library which i had been looking forever for; although i guess it will have to wait now. good thing for the 14-day borrowing deal from libraries.
